One article a week, opened on something in the news, closed on a 30-minute consult. Three emails per lead: the article, why it matters to them, and a last short ask. Cold, to CEO and MD level.
Everything loaded is in the sequence and worked at the daily cap below, cleaned against the master do-not-contact list first. Work the list you have; when it burns through, scrape the next batch and upload it here. Contacted addresses never come back round.

Your own leads are assigned to you only — never added to the shared bank, never issued to another associate, and not chargeable.
They are screened against the master do-not-contact list and against leads already in the system before anything is kept.
Paste CSV with a header row, or choose a file. Recognised columns: email (required), first_name, last_name, company, title, phone, linkedin.
Weekday business hours, spaced out, stops the moment someone replies. Press play to start, pause anytime.
Keep the daily cap at 30. Singapore’s Spam Control Act treats more than 1,000 similar emails in 30 days as bulk, which would force <ADV> into your subject line. 30/day is 900 a month — under the line, and a healthy volume for one inbox. The cap lives in the full console.
Last 7 days. We track what's reliable and matters — sent, replied, bounced. (Open tracking is deliberately off: it needs a tracking pixel that hurts inbox placement, and Gmail inflates the numbers anyway.)
When a lead replies wanting to talk, they're auto-added to your New Leads — reach out and book them (your Calendly or a direct reply). → Open New Leads
Your own lead-gen site with the same proven tools (the 2,487-project directory, Distress Radar, Rental Yield and the calculators) in your branding — set it up right here, no downloads. Fill in your details, connect your domain, and every lead lands in your New Leads tab automatically.

- Register a domain, enter it in Your domain above, then Save my site.
- Click Publish my site — we register it on the POV host (no passwords or keys shared).
- Add the DNS record we show you at your registrar (an A record for a root domain, or a CNAME for www), then Check status until it goes Live.
The map updates by itself. Approve a site with coordinates and its pin shows on the pov.sg map within seconds — no commands, nothing to deploy. That's why latitude and longitude matter: no coordinates, no pin.
The full page needs a build. Vision pages are pre-built HTML files, so a new one only appears after the site is regenerated. One command on your Mac from CRM/POVGUY CRM:
python3 pipeline_radar/publish.py
It reads your approvals straight from this database — no export, no file to move — then promotes, rebuilds and tells you what to deploy. You only need Download backup if you want an offline copy.
En-bloc rule: confirmed collective sales only — never "rumoured" or "exploring". Speculating that a development may go en-bloc is a legal and reputational risk.
